Travels

Back from New York City last night after a proper American style twelve hour road trip. It's actually a very pretty drive. The Pennsylvania Turnpike and Interstate 81 down the Shenandoah Valley to Insterstate 77 through the mountains to Charlotte could hardly be a nicer way to experience the American East.

Tomorrow I'm off to St Louis to lead a retreat in Vandalia, Illinois. Still time to sign up if you'd like to attend. Details here.

I've been that route many times when going to training in Tarrytown, NY. The whole ride is very beautiful.

The only problem, of course, with the Pennsylvania Turnpike is that you have to drive on it.
